frequently asked questions

1. Are the prints high quality?

Your prints are printed on professional grade Fuji Deep Matte paper with a lustreless surface that creates tremendous visual impact. Your prints will be rich in color with pure whites and sharp quality. You will receive your prints in a plastic sleeve with cardboard backing to prevent any bending. 

2. Are the frames included?

Frames are not included at this time. They are simply for showcasing how the prints will frame and display on a wall for visual purposes. 

3. Do you offer Custom orders?

If you would like a custom order such as a larger print or canvas, please contact us. We are happy to create prints for your exact needs!

4. When can I expect my order?

We currently do not ship outside of the US. All orders are processed within 14 business days and sent directly to a professional printing lab where they are custom printed. Print orders are shipped once a week via U.S. Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. *Rush deliveries are available for an additional fee. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and orders are processed once payment is received. 

6. Do you have a refund/exchange policy?

Because all prints are custom orders, please carefully and consider your prints and double check your cart before ordering. Since all prints are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

7. Is my transaction secure?

We respect our customer's personal and payment information and we take keeping your information safe very seriously. We will not share or sell your information. We only collect your email and mailing address to complete your order properly. Your payment is processed over a secure server via Stripe.

8. How do you handle damaged orders?

We make sure to ship our prints in non-bendable photo protected mailer. However, sometimes item may still get damaged during the mailing process. If you receive a damaged order, please send a picture and an email to so that we can send a replacement print. Damaged orders must be reported with 24 hours of receipt.
